If you've ever sold us your unwanted or damaged precious metal jewelry, you may have wondered what we did with it. We send all metals to a refinery who separate the rare metal from any alloys and impurities. We are paid based on the purity percentage. We then purchase pure or re-alloyed metal blends from them to use in our custom creations.
